Aneesh Chaganty dazzles in his directorial debut, displaying a mastery of the medium, crafting a compelling film narrative told entirely through someone's laptop activity. But, thankfully, this is best execution of the style to date. Apparently the refresh rate of newer high-end monitors is simply too high to remain compatible with SEGA/Steam.A story told entirely through a character's laptop screen - it's an increasingly popular gimmick that's now been done enough times that it can no longer be called fresh. This is apparently plaguing many people so I forwarded it to SEGA tech support. I have exited, restarted PC, and launched game 4 times. ![]() So, I went to LAUNCH OPTIONS and typed in -refresh 120 just as it shows above. I have posted my problem in Steam forums as well as the forums on and I never got responses. ![]() I have uninstalled Steam and COH2 3 times. Also, going into game options and reducing my sound quality to LOW seemed to specifically fix the 183 error for me and at least 2 other people.: The 120 refresh idea fixed this problem for me. In the last few weeks there have been a dozen threads about this and also about game won't start or game crashing.
